A hate crime was reported to the University on September 30, 2016 at 11:38 AM. The reported incident occurred on September 29, 2016 at 7:30 PM, at Emmet Street.
The female victim reported that she was walking down Emmet St. when three white males in a black vehicle pulled up next to her and began yelling ethnic slurs and verbally making death threats.  The vehicle followed the victim until she was able to find a safe place.
