Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – On February 13, 2024 at 4:52PM, University Police and Rescue personnel responded to Whitehead Road near Chemistry Drive for a crash involving a vehicle and pedestrian. The pedestrian was on an electric scooter when they came into contact with a vehicle in the roadway causing injury. The pedestrian was transported to the UVA Health Emergency Department for treatment for injuries.
