Cody Oliver

Captain Cody Oliver oversees the agency's Field Services Bureau which is comprised of the Patrol Division, the Community Oriented Policing Squad (COPS Unit), the Criminal Investigations Division, and Victim/Witness Services. Captain Oliver holds an associate's degree from Blue Ridge Community College. He joined UPD in 2011 and attended the CSCJTA's 124th basic law enforcement academy . During his tenure, Captain Oliver has served in Patrol, Training, Professional Standards, and Criminal Investigations.
